2. Exclusions: This package is designed for intimate romantic getaways and may not be booked for weddings, wedding preparations, or group events. This package is intended for intimate romantic getaways and offered specifically on double occupancy, any bookings of more than one room on this package would be in contradiction to the offering and regarded as a group or special event booking and thus not qualify for the promotion offering.
3. Occupancy: The package is valid for a maximum of two guests per booking.
4. Non-Transferable: The package is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other services.
5. Cancellations & Amendments: Standard cancellation policies apply. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
6. Promotional Use: Discounts or promotional offers may not be combined with this package unless otherwise stated.
7. Note: If you’ve won a competition within the last 6 months from the Port Elizabeth hotel group, you may need to wait a bit before entering again.
